摘　　要：安钢170 t铁水罐在运行初期,出现了寿命短、维修工作量大和安全隐患多的问题,通过分析铁水罐构造和侵蚀机理,查找原因,改进耐火内衬结构、材质和砌筑工艺方法,加强日常运行监测和管理,使170 t铁水罐充分发挥了大容量运送铁水的优势,实现了安全长寿运行。ABSTRACT There are some existing problems such as short - life , a lot of maintenance, hidden safety trouble, etc. in the beginning operation of Angang＇s 170 t ladle. Based on the ladle structure and the refractory lining erosion mechanism, improving refractory lining structure, material, masonry method and strenghening daily operation detection and its management to realize the large capacity transporting molten iron and Safety and long - life operation of 170 t ladle.
