摘　　要：介绍了安钢第一炼轧厂板坯连铸机生产线上由德国GEGA公司设计生产的一种新型高效去除钢坯切割毛刺的专用设备,针对该设备控制系统存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改进措施,优化了控制系统,很好地适应了安钢生产要求。The paper introduces a special equipment, which was designed and manufactured in Germany GeGa company, to remove the burr when cutting billets in No. 1 seelmaking and rolling plant of Anyang steel, the existing problems in the control system were analyzed, and the improvement measures were given to optimizing the control system in order to meet Adaptive the production requirements of Anyang Steel.
