摘 要:金堆城钼业公司南露天矿采用深孔台阶爆破方式进行生产作业,因开采深度增加,爆区距东川河隧洞较近,为了确保矿山生产过程中隧洞的安全运行,采用TC-4850爆破测振仪,对金堆城南露天矿生产爆破进行爆破振动测试。通过对实测数据的回归分析,找出适用于南露天矿的爆破地震波传播衰减规律的经验公式,并对爆破振动产生的原因进行分析,提出了相应的降振措施。The deep-hole bench blasting method was used in production blasting in south of Jinduicheng molybdenum open-pit mine. With the mining depth increasing, the Dongchuan River tunnel became closer to the blast area. In order to ensure the tunnel safe enough in the production process, the TC-4850 blasting vibration meter was used to monitor the blasting vibration in south of Jinduicheng open-pit mine. By regression analysis of monitored da- ta, the empirical formula of attenuation law in the propagation of blasting seismic wave was figured out, which fitted the condition of south open-pit mine well. Meanwhile, the factor induced blast vibration was analyzed and the corresponding measures of reducing vibration were put forward.
