摘 要:从高大薄壁钢筋混凝土烟囱切口支撑部破坏观测中,总结出钢筋/混凝土复合材料薄壁圆筒轴向压溃折皱模型。由此阐明了烟囱支撑部压溃折皱和切口闭合的机理,计算了皱褶形成堆积体,并支撑烟囱倾倒的过程。说明了切口圆心角应小于厚壁烟囱,即可取200°~225°;切口高度应达约10.8 m,可使烟囱重心前移越过切口闭合前壁;正梯形切口保留了基础筒壁的横筋拉力,因此烟囱倒向准确慨率较高;切口下坐闭合,水平截面已无全厚受拉区,因此后中轴也不需要切割纵筋;30°锐角(初期)对称定向窗,能有序、逐层,并自下而上地,以闭合倒角形成倒轴对称压溃皱褶堆积,由此确保了烟囱的倒向。Based on breaking of cut area of high and thin-wall reinforced concrete chimney, a model of squashing and wrinkling on thin cylinder of complex steel bar/concrete was presented. The mechanics of squashing and wrinkling and cut closing of chimney was clarified, the process of wrinkling and supporting was obtained . The cen- tre angle was designed as 200° -225° , less than that of thin wall of chimney. The height of cutting was approximately 10.8 m, which made the gravity of chimney outside the front wall. The pull force of steel bar is reserved by trapezia cut and apt to fall accurately. Because the pull force did not exist along thick on level section, the vertical bars behind centre axis needed no cutting. The symmetrically directional windows with angle 30° was orderly closed from bottom to top, which kept the collapse direction of chimney rightly.
