摘　　要：提出一种基于触摸屏的控制装置,触摸屏外接I/O模块,克服触摸屏无I/O的功能,使触摸屏成为集触控输入、图形显示和控制逻辑于一身的控制装置,从而摆脱PLC,简化控制系统,降低成本。这种控制装置结构简单,非常适合规模较小、过程较慢的机电设备。本文还介绍了将这种控制装置应用于电热恒温箱控制系统的设计实例,包括硬件设计、画面设计和程序设计。实验表明,这种控制装置有效的。A new control device based on touch screen is introduced. By linking external I/O modules, touch screen can be made into a control device integrated with touch input, graghic display and control logic. This control device, with its simplicity and low cost and free PLC, is quite suitable for slow small-scale electromechanical equipments. Experiments of its application to electrothermostat control system, including the hardware design, pictures of touch screen and program design are also introduced in this paper. It shows that this control device is effective.
