摘　　要：以取料机驱动液压系统为研究对象,重点阐述了应用了液压比例技术的驱动系统在工艺要求下PLC输入输出和程序控制流程设计,经过现场使用,显示了该控制系统操作方便、运行可靠,并具有设备异常报警功能。Hydraulic drive system of stacker-reclaimer is in study. The proportional technology is applied to the hydraulic system. It focuses on design of the input and output of PLC and design of PLC control system according to work requirement. After the system is used, it shows that the control system is easy to operate and works reliably. The control system also has alarm function when the hydraulic system works abnormally.
