摘　　要：近几年,日本足球水平取得了长足的进步,其国家的职业联赛也已经成为了整个亚洲水平最高的联赛之一。如何更深层次地去剖析研究日本的职业联赛,对于提高我们自己国家的足球水平有着很重要的意义。本文以中国和日本职业联赛的比赛为研究对象,找出其职业联赛在比赛停顿方面的规律,旨在为中国足球的发展提供参考。Japan has been making a great improvement in football field in recent years. Japan＇s football professional league reaches one of the top leagues in the whole Asia area. It is of great importance for our country to improve the football level by analysing and researching in the development of Japan＇s football professional league. This text is aimed at providing reference for the development of Chinese football by researching in the professional leagues both in China and Japan and finding the law of pause during the league matches.
