摘 要:用渗透结晶自修复剂配制固井前置液,使其在具备冲洗隔离功能的同时具有对固井水泥环窜气通道进行自修复的性能。使用钻井液浸泡钢管(模拟套管)和冲击造缝2种方法模拟因固井水泥环损伤而形成的微间隙和微裂缝,在XAN-RC封堵实验流程上进行了自修复模拟实验。实验结果表明,自修复固井前置液具备前置液的基本性能,能够吸附在冲洗过的钢管表面提高界面胶结强度。处于自修复固井前置液养护环境中的水泥环具有较高的早期和长期抗窜强度。自修复固井前置液通过渗透结晶和多次水化反应机理对水泥环的微裂缝和微间隙进行修复,抗窜强度的恢复能力明显高于清水的养护环境。自修复固井前置液能够实现对固井水泥环损伤的动态持续自修复,为保持水泥环的完整性和耐久性提供了一个新的手段。The pad fluids prepared by permeable crystallization self-repairing materials have flushing and spacing basic functions and self-healing properties to prevent gas channeling.Using the tubes(simulated casing) with polymer drilling fluid system soaking and impacting crack-made instrument to simulate tiny cracks and micro-clearance created by gas channeling,and simulation experiences are developed in XAN-RC sealing simulation experiment process.The experimental results show that the self-healing cementing pad fluid has basic properties,and it can adsorb to the flushed tubes surface to improve interface cementing strength.The self-healing cementing pad can permeate to gas channeling passageway and form permeable crystallization and hydrated substances to seal the tiny cracks and micro-clearance,and the cement sheath channeling-resistance strength recovery capacity is significantly higher than clear water conservation environment,which can realize self-repairing to cement sheath injury dynamically and enduringly,providing a new method to maintain the integrity and durability of cement sheath.
