摘　　要：跨界合作作为一种新兴的信息资源建设方式在国内外图书馆界得到推广。地方高校图书馆内外服务环境为跨界合作提供了条件,通过建立基于主题内容集聚的跨界合作、基于延伸服务的跨界信息置换、基于活跃师生创造思维的网络空间有限让渡等跨界合作模式,使图书馆的发展由资源依赖型向资源效益型转变。Cross-border cooperation,as an emerging information resources construction in domestic and foreign libraries,gets popularized. The service environment of local university libraries lays foundation and conditions for collaboration. Based on the topic cluster cross-border cooperation,cross-border information replacement of extended services ,and active creative thinking of network space limited assignment ,the library development can be changed from resources-dependent model to resources-benefit model.
