摘 要:目的研究1株分离自术后感染患者伤口分泌物的弗格森埃希菌的生物学表型特征、分子生物学特性以及与感染的关系。方法取自患者伤口的分泌物,经常规培养作革兰染色检查,进行Vitek32上机鉴定;并作形态学、生物学特性和16SrRNA基因测序分析。结果 Vitek32上机鉴定,未得到该菌的鉴定结果;该菌的形态和生物学特性均不典型,难以根据表型特征进行鉴定。16SrRNA基因测序鉴定该菌为弗格森埃希菌。结论弗格森埃希菌表形鉴定困难,系统鉴定依赖分子生物学技术和全面的底物利用试验。Objectives To study the biological phenotypic characteristics and molecular biological characteristics of Escherichia fergusonii isolated from patients' wounds after surgery and study their relationship to infection. Methods Wound secretions from patients were collected and conventionally cultured. Specimens were Gram stained and identified with the Vitek32 microbe analyzer. The morphology and biological characteristics of specimens were studied and 16 s rRNA gene sequencing analysis was performed. Results Vitek32 failed to identify the bacteria. The morphological and biological characteristics of specimens were atypical, hampering identification based on phenotypic features. 16S rRNA gene sequencing identified the specimens as E. fergusonii. Conclusion Phenotypic identification E. fergusonii was difficult. Systematic identification depends on molecular biology techniques and comprehensive substrate utilization testing.
