摘  要:蠕虫感染过程中免疫系统的各种免疫细胞和免疫分子之间可以通过相互作用、相互制约使机体对蠕虫抗原产生最适应的应答,从而发挥免疫调节作用。研究发现,在蠕虫诱导的免疫调节过程中,IL-10是核心细胞因子,这些IL-10可能由调节性T细胞和调节性B细胞分泌。其中调节性T细胞在蠕虫感染中的研究较多,但有实验表明调节性T细胞的减少有时不会影响宿主的免疫反应。近年来越来越多的研究表明调节性B细胞在自身免疫病、慢性炎症、肿瘤及寄生虫感染等疾病中发挥着重要的作用。本中主要综述了蠕虫感染过程中宿主的免疫调控以及调节性B细胞所发挥的免疫调节功能。A host produces the best response to helminth antigens through the interaction and restriction of various types of immune cells and immune molecules during the process of helminth infection. Thus, immune cells and immune molecules play an immunoregulatory role. Many studies indicated that IL-10 is a key cytokine in the immune regulation process induced by helminths. IL-10 can be secreted by regulatory T cells (Tregs) and regulatory B cells (Bregs). Many studies have examined the role of Tregs, but some studies have indicated that a decrease in Tregs may sometimes not affect the immune response of the host. Over the past few years, studies have increasingly indicated that Bregs has an im portant effect on autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, tumors, and infection by helminths. This review mainly dis- cusses immunoregulation in the host and the role of Bregs in the event of an infection by helminths.
