摘 要:采用捕获ELISE法对延安市2 850例孕妇血清弓形虫IgM抗体进行检测,结果孕妇弓形虫感染30例,感染率为1.05%。孕早期(<12周)、孕中期(12~28周)和孕晚期(>28周)孕妇弓形虫感染率分别为1.14%(17/1492)、1.01%(12/1195)和0.61%(1/163);≤25、26~30、31~35和≥36岁孕妇弓形虫感染率分别为0.89%(3/337)、1.12%(17/1509)、0.94%(8/851)和1.31%(2/153),不同孕期及不同年龄组孕妇弓形虫感染率差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);有动物密切接触史的孕妇感染率(2.12%)明显高于无此行为者(0.89%)(χ2=4.73,P<0.01);喜食火锅等半生制品者感染率为1.13%,高于无此习惯者(0.86%)(χ2=0.37,P<0.05)。加强对育龄妇女尤其是孕妇弓形虫血清学检测和健康教育对优生优育有重要意义。Capture ELISA was used to detect TOX-IgM in sera from 2 850 pregnant women m Yan'an. Nesutts indicated that pregnant women had toxoplasmosis at a rate of 1.05% (30/2850). The rate of infection was 1.14% (17/1492) in early pregnancy (〈12 weeks), 1.01% (12/1195) mid-pregnancy (12-28 weeks), and 0.61% (1/163) in late preg nancy (〉28 weeks). The rate of toxoplasmosis was 0.89% (3/337) for women ≤ age 25, 1.12% (17/1509) for women ages 26-30, 0.94% (8/851) for women ages 31-35, and 1.31% (2/153) for women≥age 36. There were no significant differences in toxoplasmosis in terms o{ different stages of pregnancy stages and age (P〉0.05). Pregnant women who came into close contact with animals had a higher rate of infection (2.12%) than did women who did not come into contact with animals (0.89%). The rate of infection in women who ate semi-cooked food was 1.13% compared to 0.86% in women who did not have this habit. Results suggested the vital importance of serological testing of women of childbearing age, and particularly pregnant women, for toxoplasmosis and the vital importance of pre-and post-natal health education.
