兰州地区网织血小板百分比参考值范围调查

摘　　要：为建立兰州地区有关外周血网织血小板的参考值范围,通过分析慢性肝病患者外周血中网织血小板(RP)的变化,探讨慢性肝病患者血小板变化的原因.用流式细胞仪测定网织血小板占血小板的百分比(IPF).结果表明:兰州地区网织血小板百分比成人正常值为2.59%(0.37%～9.25%).由此初步建立了兰州地区网织血小板百分比.慢性肝炎患者血小板降低可能与血小板破坏过多有关.Our objective to investigate the ranges of Reticulated Platelets in Lanzhou Region and to explore the cause of variations of Reticulated Platelets in patients inflicted with chronic liver diseases.The flow cytometry was used to determine the percentage of Reticulated Platelets.The normal percentage for adults in Lanzhou was 2.59%（0.37%～9.28%）.Hence the range of Reticulated Platelets in Lanzhou was set up essentially.The lower level of platelets in patients with chronic liver diseases was due to peripheral destruction.
