摘　　要：利用重庆大学测试中心自主生产的Atom N270振动信号分析仪器硬件平台,完成一个基于Windows CE为操作系统的数据采集分析仪。并分别从系统总体设计、硬件和软件方面进行详细论述,设计EZ-USB FX2数据采集卡的USB驱动程序,最后对分析仪进行现场试验,取得了理想的效果。本仪器具有便携、功能强大的特点,而且有良好的工程实践价值。With the independent production of Chongqing University Testing Center which produced Atom N270 vibration signal analysis instrument hardware platform,it completes data acquisition analyzer based on Windows CE operating system and discusses the system in detail separately from the overall system design,hardware and software aspects.The EZ-USB FX2 data acquisition card USB driver is designed,and at last the analyzer is conducted a field test,and achieving the desired results.This instrument has a portable,powerful features,and good engineering practice.
