摘　　要：为了解决市长热线系统的智能化与平台无关性,采用SOA架构,利用来电显示技术,分析系统的功能需求,设计基于Web Service的市长热线系统框架,系统包括来电受理处理、督办处理、综合信息管理、排队、录音与放音和远程坐席等功能,满足市长热线系统的平台无关性与高稳定性需求,同时实现来电号码的自动记录、智能查询与显示。In order to realize intelligentialize and independent for mayor-hot-line system,the call-ID technology and SOA architecture are used to build the proposed system.The system functions are analyzed and the framework of mayor-hot-line based on Web service is designed.The functions of call acceptance,supervisor,information synthesis management,queue-record-playback and long-distance-sit are designed for the system.The implementation demonstrates that the encapsulation of Web service application system for SOA achieved not only autonomous,platform independent and high stability,reusability,but also call-ID recorded automatically,located and display intelligent.
