摘 要:目的制定蒙药蒙古栎的质量检查标准,为该药材资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法对4个不同产地的蒙药蒙古栎进行性状及用薄层层析法以没食子酸为对照品进行鉴别;用杂质检查法、水分测定法、灰分测定法、浸出物测定法进行相应的检查。结果 4个不同产地的蒙古栎在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点;水分含量均在9.11%以下,总灰分均在3.8%以下,酸不溶性灰分均在1.17%以下,水溶性浸出物不少于25.0%。结论该实验结果可作为蒙药蒙古栎质量检查的标准。Objective To formulate the quality inspection standards for Mongolian medicine of Mongolian oak and provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of this medicinal resource. Methods Mongolian medicine of Mongolian oak from four different producing places were distinguished by characters and thin-layer chromatography method with gallic acid as reference substance, examined by impurity check method, moisture determination method, ash determination method, and extract determination method.Results Mongolian oaks from four different producing places showed fluorescent spots with the same color as the reference substance in chromatography's corresponding position;the moisture content was lower than 9.11%, total ash less than 3.8%, acid-insoluble ash less than 1.17%, water-soluble extract not less than 25.0%.Conclusion The experimental results can be used as the standards for quality inspection of Mongolian medicine of Mongolian oak.
