走罐并艾灸治疗更年期肝郁化火型失眠症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察走罐并艾灸治疗更年期肝郁化火型失眠症的疗效。方法将82例失眠症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。观察组在口服加味逍遥丸的基础上给予背部走罐并艾灸综合治疗;对照组口服加味逍遥丸及艾司唑仑治疗。治疗结束后评定两组临床疗效和治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数PSQI、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。随访1年观察远期疗效。结果观察组总有效率与对照组比较,P>0.05,两组的疗效差异无统计学意义。观察组远期疗效与对照组比较,P<0.01,差异有高度统计学意义。除对照组催眠药物外,两组治疗后PSQI各因子、SAS及SDS评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有高度统计学意义或有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);除睡眠障碍外,治疗后两组患者PSQI各因子、SAS及SDS评分差异均有高度统计学意义或有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论走罐并艾灸能显著改善更年期肝郁化火型失眠症患者睡眠质量。Objective To observe the curative effect of using moving-cupping and moxibustion to treat climacteric insomnia caused by liver-depression-generated pathogenic fire.Methods 82 cases with insomnia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 41 cases in each group.The observation group were given back moving-cupping and moxibustion as well as oral Jiaweixiaoyao pills ,while the control group were given oral Jiaweixiaoyao pills and estazolam tablets.At the end of the treatment, the clinical curative effects, PSQI, SAS and SDS before and after treatment in the two groups were assessed.Long-term follow-up visit lasted for 1 year.Results The comparison of total effective rate in the observation group and the control group showed P〉0.05,and the curative effect differences were not of statistical significance.The comparison of long-term curative effect in the observation group and the control group showed P 〈0.01, and the differences were of high statistical significance.Except hypnotic agents in the control group, PSQI factors, SAS and SDS scores in the two groups after treatment significantly lowered than those before treatment, and the differences were of high statistical significance or of statistical significance（P〈0.01, P〈 0.05）.Except sleep disorders, the difference of PSQI factors, SAS and SDS scores aider treatment in the two groups were of high statistical significance or of statistical significance（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）.Gonclusion Moving-cupping and moxibustion therapy can significantly improve the sleep quality of the sufferers with climacteric insomnia caused by liver-depression-generated pathogenic fire.
