摘　　要：通过对疗养院体检中心体检工作运转中客户流管理存在的问题进行具体分析,并从工作人员能力、科室设置、调查检能、合理安排和利用高科技云技术等角度,对健康管理体检中的客户流管理进行方法学上的探讨。Through concrete analysis of the problems in client flow management during physical examination at physical examination center of sanatorium, and from the perspective of staff competence, department setup, inquiry check-up, possible arrangement and utilization of hi-tech cloud technologies, to probe into client flow management method in health management physical examination.
