摘 要:运用文献资料法、影像资料分析法、数理统计等方法,对世界最快鱼类游进动作及优秀游泳运动员"水下蝶泳打腿技术"进行比较分析。结果显示:优秀运动员出发转身采用"水下蝶泳打腿技术"的腰腿摆动与旗鱼、飞鱼、海豚快速游进时尾部摆动路径的振幅、频率相似,与水面游进相比,具有攻角小与波浪阻力小的优势,技术特点表现为振幅小、频率快。研究认为:"水下蝶泳打腿技术"要求具有良好的脚踝柔韧性和较强的腰腹及腿部力量。Employing literature, image and video analysis and statistical analysis, the essay compares the movements of the fastest swimming fish and underwater breaststroke leg kick of excellent athletes. Results show that:the waistleg motion of excellent athletes' underwater breaststroke leg kick has similar amplitude and frequency with those of sailfish, flying fish, dolphin's fast swimming motion. Compared with surface swimming, the underwater breaststroke leg motion has advantages of small angle of attack, small wave drag, small amplitude and high frequency. Research also shows., underwater breaststroke leg technique involves ankle suppleness and relatively powerful waistabdomen and leg strength.
