摘　　要：建立了小儿清咽颗粒中连翘苷的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为VP-ODS C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.1%磷酸-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长277nm。结果显示:连翘苷进样量在0.375～2.150μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可用于小儿清咽颗粒的质量控制。A method to determine the content of Forsythin in Xiaoerqingyan Granules was establishes. High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） analysis was carried out on VP -ODS ClS column （150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） with the conditions of 0. 1% phosphoric acid - acetonitrile as mobile phase for gradient elution, the flow rate 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength 277 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 375 - 2. 150 μg for Forsythin, r = 0. 9999, the average recovery was 99. 3 % , and relative standard deviation RSD = 0. 65 % （ n = 6 ）. The method was simple, rapid and reliable, which can be used to determine the Forsythin in Xiaoerqingyan Granules.
