摘　　要：简要介绍了中石化广州分公司乙烯装置丙烯压缩机的运行情况和存在问题,认真分析了引起丙烯压缩机负荷偏高的主要原因,同时,根据对透平、用户等工艺系统的实际操作经验,提出了有效的优化改进措施,制定实施了解决丙烯压缩机负荷偏高的方案,确保了丙烯压缩机在高负荷运行状态下的平稳运行。The operation situation and problems of ethylene installment propylene compressor in Guangzhou Branch of Sinopec were introduced briefly. The main reseaon caused the propylene compressor high load was analyzed, simultane- ously, According to the experience of the actual operation of the turbine and user and other process systems, the effective optimized improvement measures were proposed, the solution of propylene compressor load high was formulated and implemented, which guaranteed the propylene compressor running steady under high load.
