摘 要:从乳化、催化加氢、催化裂解、催化酯化、重整制氢、萃取和膜分离等7个方面阐述了生物油的提质改性技术及其研究进展。认为生物油低热值、强酸性和高粘度等特性影响了其广泛应用,因此必须对生物油进行提质改性,除了从工艺过程方面入手外,选择合适的乳化剂、催化剂、萃取剂或半透膜以提高分离效果、降低成本并易于实现工业化将会是今后的重点研究方向。The bio-oil quality improvement and modification technology and its research progress had been reviewed in detail from seven aspects such as emulsification,catalytic hydrogenation,catalytic cracking,catalytic esterification,reforming hydrogen production,extraction and membrane separation.Bio-oil had properties of low heating value,high acidity and high viscosity which affect its widespread applications.So bio-oil quality improvement and modification technology must began,besides from the aspects of technological process,choosing the appropriate emulsifier,catalyst,extracting agent or semipermeable membrane in order to improve the separation efficiency,reduce cost and easy to realize industrialization will be the focus research directions in future.
