摘 要:对经汽提处理后仍有较高含量的硫化物和氨氮炼油汽提废水采用装填悬浮填料的2级曝气塔处理,研究了曝气塔水力停留时间(HRT)和溶解氧(DO)含量对特征污染物硫化物和氨氮的去除效果影响。结果表明,在一级曝气塔HRT≥10.0 h,DO的质量浓度≥3.0 mg/L时,硫化物去除率大于98%;在二级曝气塔HRT≥8.0 h,DO的质量浓度≥2.5mg/L时,氨氮去除率大于88%。Steam stripping wastewater containing high content sulfide and ammonia nitrogen in oil refining after steam stripping treatment was treated by a two-stage aeration tower filled suspended packing,the influences of aeration tower hydraulic retention time(HRT) and dissolved oxygen(DO) content on the removal efficiency were investigated respectively.The experimental results showed that,the sulfide removal efficiency of the first stage aeration tower was more than 98% when HRT ≥10.0 h and mass concentration of DO≥3.0 mg/L;the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency of the second stage aeration tower was more than 88% when HRT ≥8.0 h and mass concentration of DO≥2.5 mg/L.
