禽淋巴白血病继发曲霉菌感染的病理结构观察

摘　　要：禽肿瘤性疾病大多是由具有传染性的病毒引起。近年来,国内家禽肿瘤性疾病呈常见、多发态势,但是禽淋巴白血病继发曲霉菌感染的病理报告较为少见。本病例在剖检时,可见送检病禽的肝脏、脾脏、腺胃等脏器明显肿大,表面有大小不等灰白色结节。常规HE染色后,经显微镜观察显示肝脏和腺胃内有大量淋巴样细胞浸润。Avian tumor is mostly a group of virus infectious diseases. The trend of birds tumor disease is more and more common and multiple situation. But the pathological structure observation of birds tumor secondary aspergillosis is rare. In this case ,the liver, spleen, glandular stomach of the diseases chicken have obvious enlargement and different sizes of gray nodules. After HE staining,the pathological tissues are observed by microscope. The results display there are large numbers of lymphoid cells in the liver and glandular stomach, The typical granuloma structure could be observed in the liver. The author make a detailed description and differential diagnosis for this case.
