草酸溶解-热解法制备ZnO粉体及其对NO_2气敏性能

摘  要:以草酸和Zn粒为原料,采用溶解-热解法制备纳米ZnO粉体。利用XRD和SEM对所合成材料的结构和形貌进行表征,采用静态配气法测试了ZnO对NO2、H2S、乙醇等8种气体的敏感性能。结果表明:利用该方法合成的ZnO为纤锌矿结构,粒径约为24 nm.该ZnO对NO2气体具有很高的灵敏度,在最佳工作温度290℃下,对体积分数为100×10-6的NO2气体灵敏度可达90.6,对体积分数仅为1×10-6的NO2气体仍有一定的灵敏度,同时该ZnO对NO2气体的选择性很好,对测试气体选择性系数均在6以上,且对NO2气体的响应-恢复时间较短,响应时间为4 s,恢复时间为20 s.The ZnO powder was prepared by dissolution-pyrolysis method using oxalic acid and Zn as raw materials. The structure and morphology of the material were characterized by XRD and SEM. The gas-sensing properties of ZnO to eight kinds of gas, such as NO2 .H2S,ethanol, were evaluated via the static volumetric method. The results show that the product obtained by this method is wurtzitc-structurc ZnO ,with the diameter about 24 nm. The ZnO sensor has remarkable sensitivity to NO2, at 290 ℃, the sensitivity is 90. 6 to 100 ×10^-6 volume fraction)NO2, even to 1 × 10^-6( volume fraction), the sensor has certain sensitivity to NO2. The ZnO sensor has good selectivity to NO2 and the selectivity coefficients to other gases are all above 6, and the ZnO sensor has quick response and recover times to NO2. The response time is 4 s, recovery time is 20 s.
