摘　　要：阐述了以钙离子选择电极作为前端传感器,基于嵌入式平台的钙离子测试仪的设计思想。分析了钙离子选择电极的原理、结构,讨论了信号提取的实现方法,从硬件和软件两方面讨论了测试仪的工作原理,并给出了一种传感系统的模型;试验表明:设计的钙离子测试仪具有优良的离子选择性,提取的信号可靠和真实,可以准确地计算并显示出被测离子的浓度。A design idea of Calcium tester equipped with Calcium selective electrode and based on embedded platform was described, the principle and structure of Ion Selective Electrode was analyzed, and the realization technique of acquiring signal and the principle of tester was discussed in hardware and software. In addition, the model of a sensor system was introduced. The Calcium tester is advanced with high performance of Ion Selectivity and good at repetition, stability and linearity. The acquired signal is reli- able and true, can exactly response the concentration of ion.
