摘  要:为提高直流组合电源功率密度,延长电源使用寿命,实现电源的温控集中管理,设计了一种基于XC164CS的组合电源温度监控系统。该系统采用模块化设计,通过外围电路扩展和软件设计,实现了电源温度、电流和电压监测,采用PWM技术有效控制风扇实现电源温度控制,结合CAN总线和LabVIEW监控平台的设计,实现监测数据的显示和存储。应用表明采用该系统的直流组合电源运行效果良好。In order to improve the DC combination power density, extend the service life of power, and achieve the temperature control centralized management of power, the DC combination power temperature monitoring system was designed based on XC164CS. The temperature monitoring system, which adopted modularization design, realized the temperature, voltage and current monitoring of power through the external circuit design and software programming, and temperature control of power by adopting PWM technology to effectively control the fan. Combined with the design of the CAN bus and LabVIEW monitoring platform, the system achieved the monitoring data display and storage. The application result shows that the DC combination power runs well with temperature monitoring system.
