摘 要:以邢汾高速公路洺水大桥为工程背景,采用紧密堆积模型对C50高性能混凝土进行配合比设计,通过试验验证了混凝土性能,并采用透水模板布对混凝土表面进行了强化处理。试验结果表明,双掺粉煤灰与矿渣粉是配制低渗透性混凝土的经济、有效途径,矿物掺合料的较佳掺量为30%~40%;采用紧密堆积模型可使常用胶凝材料用量降低20kg/m3左右;采用透水模板布后混凝土结构外观无气孔、砂线等缺陷,表层混凝土氯离子扩散系数显著降低,仅为使用钢模板的表层混凝土的14%。Taking Mingshui Bridge of Xingtai-Fenyang highway as the engineering background, the mix proportion of C50 high performance concrete (HPC) is designed using closely packed model, which is proved by lab experiments. In addition, the controlled permeability formwork liner is used for strengthening the concrete surface treatment. The results indicate that adding fly ash with slag powder is an economic and effective way to prepare low permeable concrete, and the optimized contents of the composites ranges from 30% to 40%. The closely packed model can reduce the content of cementitious material about 20kg/m3. With the controlled permeability formwork liner, there is no visible defects (i.e. cavity or sand line) on the surface of concrete structure, and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of surface layer concrete is significantly reduced, namely only 14% of that using steel formwork.
