摘 要:对网格间距为80mm的不同碳纤维用量的碳纤维编织网增强混凝土板的抗弯强度进行了试验研究。碳纤维编织网是利用碳纤维束在经纬两个方向进行平织而成,并经过碳纤维浸润胶浸渍及在其表面粘砂的处理,以增强其与混凝土的粘结强度。试验结果表明,随着碳纤维用量的增加,碳纤维编织网增强混凝土板的抗弯强度与挠度逐渐提高,当碳纤维用量达到50个单元束时提高最大,较素混凝土板分别提高了106.6%和410.6%。The concrete plates bending strength is researched and the concrete plates are reinforced by carbon fiber textile with different fiber volume spaced at 80mm. The carbon textile is made of fiber roving through flat knitting technology in two dimensions, which is di.pped into the carbon fiber infiltration gum and processed adhering sand on its surface to enhance its bonding strength with concrete. The results show that the concrete plates' bending strength and deflection gradually improve with the increase of the volume of the carbon fiber, and the improved performance attains the maximum when the number of fiber bundles reaches 50. Compared with the plain concrete plate, its strength and deflection increase by 106.6% and 410.6%, respectively.
