摘  要:本文通过对大轮辐冲击转轮冒口模数的计算、工艺凝固模拟,完成了多冒口代替一个环形冒口的工艺生产实践,保证了铸件的内部质量,提高了工艺出品率,降低了毛坯的毛净比,降低了铸件的生产成本。Aiming at the pehon turbine with large spoke plate, according to calculation of the feeding modulus and to simulate the solidification by CAE technology, a new form of several feedings has been designed instead of a ring feeding in the production practice resulting in that the castings internal quality has been ensured, the product rate of process improved, the ratio between blank weight and net weight reduced and the cost of the casting production reduced.
