摘　　要：冷轧厂彩钢屋面因屋面整体、节点细部防水处理不当以及屋面钢板翘曲变形而渗漏,维修时针对屋面整体、局部搭接缝以及螺栓细部,成功引用性能优异的PBC-328非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,构建了高效的非固化复合防水系统,这为彩钢屋面渗漏维修提供了一种全新的思路。Abstract： The color-coated steel roof of a cold rolling mill leaked because of its improper integral waterproofing and detail waterproofing as well as warping of the steel sheets. The excellent PBC-328 non-curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating is used in the project with the focus on the whole roof, overlap seam, and area around the bolts, and builds an efficient non-curing composite waterproofing system. This is a new approach of repairing the color-coated steel roof leakage.
