摘　　要：我国既有屋面防水改造面临工作量日多,且无相关技术规范、完善的系统设计以及适用的材料等问题,喷涂聚脲防水涂料性能优异,以它为主构建的无缝防水体系适用于各类屋面,工程防水效果显著、施工简便。Abstract： In China, there are many retrofitting works for exiting roofs, but still no relevant technical standards, prefect systemic design and suitable waterproofing materials. Performance of spray polyurea waterproofing coating is excellent. Seamless waterproofing system made up using this coating as main material is appropriate for all kinds of roofs with good waterproofing effects and easy installation.
