摘　　要：面对当下中国青少年体质日益下降的现状,我们必须重视体育的教育价值,转变强国体育模式,构建惠民体育,建立完整的体育组织体系,充分发挥体育志愿者的作用,实现以社会办体育为主,为体育育人培育广泛的社会基础。The physical fitness of the young is the matter of strengthening our country, but re- cently it is becoming a growing source of concern. It＇s necessary for us to attach importance to educational value of sports, change the ＂service to country mode＂ to ＂service to people mode＂, build the sports organizations system, exert the function of volunteers, in order to establish widespread social foundation.
