摘　　要：在这篇学术访谈中,胡小明教授畅谈了自己30多年的治学与教学经验,对我国体育事业未来发展、体育人文社会学科建设与人才培养等问题进行深入思考,显现了他以人为本、求真向善的学术理想和深沉的人文情怀。In the academic interview, professor Hu Xiaoming talks his experiences in research and teaching of sports science more than 30 years, deliberates problems of the future development of sports industry, construction of sports humanistic social disciplines and personnel training of Sports Science, reveals his academic ideals of people--oriented, seeking for good and deep humanistic feelings.
