摘 要:面对目前建材行业高能耗,高污染的现状,陶瓷超薄板的应用可以在很大程度缓解这些问题。本文分析了目前大规格陶瓷薄板的窑炉结构及烧成技术,主要包括窑炉保温材料,窑炉系统设计优化,烧成窑和干燥窑的协调调节,窑炉烧成制度的变化等问题。Application of ultrathin ceramic boards can remarkably ease the problems of high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution that face current building materials manufacturers. This paper analyzes the structure and of the kiln used for firing large-sized ultrathin ceramic boards and the firing technology, including the insulation materials used in the kiln, the optimization of the kiln structure, the coordination between the kiln and the dryer, the adjustment of the firing schedule, etc. in order to provide reference for further exploration on the firing control of large-sized ultrathin ceramic boards.
