穴位埋线治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法选取青春期多囊卵巢综合症患者20例,采用穴位埋线的方法,分别收集其治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素浓度(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、血清睾酮(T)等指标的变化观察其疗效。结果经过治疗后,患者BMI、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、T值均下降(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论穴位埋线可以通过有效地控制PCOS患者的体重、降低胰岛素抵抗指数、降低血清睾酮,达到调节青春期多囊卵巢综合症患者内分泌激素水平的目的。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of adolescent polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）. Methods In total twenty cases of PCOS were enrolled and applied with the method of acupoint catgut embedding. Before and after treatments, the changes of the indexes such as body mass index （BMI） , fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, fasting insulin level （FINS）, insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR） , serum testosterone （T）, etc, were collected and the clinical therapeutic effects were observed. Results After the treatments, the indexes such as BMI, FPG, FINS, HOMA-IR and T were all decreased compared with those before treatments with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding could regulate the levels of endocrine hormones of the adolescent PCOS patients via controlling body weight and decreasing HOMA-IR and T.
