摘  要:目的探讨标本放置时间与温度对血沉结果的影响。方法抽取20例血标本,放置0、2、4、8小时,4℃、25℃、37℃,分别用MICRO TEST1血沉仪进行测定。结果 0小时与2小时测定差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),0小时与4小时和8小时测定差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05)。实验标本放置不同温4℃、25℃和37℃测定的结果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血沉仪测定血沉应在2小时内、25℃条件下检测。Objective To explore samples placing time and temperature on the influence on the resute of the sedimentation. Methods To draw 20 blood samples anticoagulated by EDTA - K2 , Erethrocyte sedimentation was detected b-y MICRO TEST1 when standing time was 0 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour and 8 hour, 4℃, 25℃ and 37℃. Results There were no differences significantly between 0 hour and 2 hour but differencesignificantly between 0 hour and 4 hour, 8 hour. Experimental samples placed different temperature 4℃, 25℃ and 37℃ measurement results, all the differences have statistical significance. Conclusion Sedimentation analyzer to measure the erythrocytes sedimentation should be in 2 hours, 25℃ condition for detection.
