摘 要:为探索GH基因与绵羊肉用性能的相关性,利用PCR-SSCP方法,对甘肃甘南‘欧拉型’、‘甘加型’和‘乔科型’藏羊(共154只)GH基因第4外显子进行了多态性检测,并从其中随机选择62只(‘欧拉羊’22只、‘甘加羊’22只、‘乔科羊’18只)进行肉品质测定及相关性分析.结果表明:甘南藏羊GH基因在第4外显子存在AA和AB 2种基因型,AB型个体在1 286bp处存在T/C的杂合;检测到的多态位点与肉用性能相关性分析表明,‘欧拉羊’的AA型个体的屠宰率和剪切力显著高于AB型个体(P<0.05),但AB型个体的背最长肌在宰后24h时的pH值显著大于AA型(P<0.05),‘甘加羊’与‘乔科羊’不同基因型各指标间均差异不显著(P>0.05).In order to explore the correlation between GH gene and sheep with properties,the PCR-SSCP and gene sequencing methods were applied to detect the polymorphism of GH gene exon4 sequence in 154 individuals of Gannan Tibetan sheep('Oula','Ganjia','Qiaoke'),and among them 62 sheep('Oula' 22,'Ganjia' 22,'Qiaoke' 18) were selected for analyzing the meat performance.The results showed that there were two genotypes AA and AB in GH gene exon4.Sequence analysis indicated that the polymorphisms of AB were caused by the heterozygosis of T/C at base positions 1 286 bp.The meat performance analysis showed that the dressing percentage and tenderness of AA were higher than that of AB(P0.05),and pH of 24 hours after the slaughter of AB were higher than that of AA(P0.05) in 'Oula'.However,there was no significant differences between the different genotypes of the different index in 'Qiaoke' and 'Ganjia'.
