摘  要:通过测定5、10、15、20、25、30℃恒温光照及15/25℃、20/30℃光照黑暗交替变化条件下素花党参种子萌发和幼苗生长的动态指标,探寻温度条件对素花党参种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,素花党参种子发芽质量随温度条件的变化而变化,不同温度条件下终发芽率变幅为1.33%~96.33%,发芽势变幅为1.33%~50.33%,发芽指数变幅为0.08%~21.52%,活力指数变幅为9.22%~53.52%;25℃、20℃光照条件下和15/25℃光照黑暗交替条件下种子发芽率均极显著高于其他处理,尤其25℃恒温光照条件下种子发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均最高,幼苗生长最佳.说明25℃恒温光照条件为素花党参种子发芽的最适宜条件,可作为其种子发芽质量检验的参考条件.To explore the effects of different temperatures on seed germination and seedling growth of C.pilosula Nannf.var.modesta,determine the optimum temperature for seed germination and seedling growth,and provide a basis for seed quality test as well as standard culture of seedling,the dynamic indices of its seed germination and seedling growth at 5 ℃,10 ℃,15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃,30 ℃ with light and 15/25 ℃,20/30 ℃ fluctuating temperature were observed.The results showed that the germination quality varied with temperature.The utmost germination rate ranged from 1.33% to 96.33%,germination power ranged from 1.33% to 50.33%,germination index ranged from 0.08% to 21.52%,and vigor index ranged from 9.22% to 53.52% at different temperatures.The seed germination rates at 25 ℃ and 20 ℃ with light and 15/25 ℃ fluctuating temperature were greatly significantly higher than that of other temperatures.Especially,the germination power,germination index,and vigor index at 25 ℃ were the highest.The seedling growth at 25 ℃ was also the best.As a result,the optimum temperature for seed germination was 25 ℃,which could be used as the standard parameter for seed germination test.
