凸极转子无刷双馈电机耦合特性的有限元分析

摘  要:首先简要介绍了无刷双馈电机(BDFM)的结构特点和工作原理,然后利用Ansoft/Maxwell 2D建立凸极转子的BDFM模型,进行了二维瞬态电磁场有限元计算,得出电机磁力线分布、气隙磁通密度波形,对气隙磁通密度波形进行谐波频谱分析。在此基础上,对凸极转子无刷双馈电机的电感参数进行计算,给出了功率绕组和控制绕组电感参数波形。针对互感中的直流分量较大,对极弧系数和节距进行优化设计,通过分析电感参数变化情况,研究这些设计参数的变化对转子耦合能力的影响。研究表明:合适的节距和极弧系数可以减小甚至消除互感中的直流分量,从而可以提高转子的耦合能力。The structural characteristics and working principle of brushless doubly-fed machine were intro- duced firstly in this paper. Then Ansoft/Maxwell was used to establish the models of doubly-fed brushless machine with salient pole rotor. The 2-D transient electromagnetic fields of brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) were calculated by finite element method. The magnetic force line and air-gap magnetic fields were got. The air-gap magnetic fields were analysed by the harmonic spectrum. On that basis, inductance of BD- FM with salient pole rotor was calculated, then inductance parameter waveform of power winding and control winding was given. Because DC component in mutual-inductance is fairly large, pole arc coefficient and pitch was used to optimization design. The changes of the design parameters effect on the rotor coupling ca- pability was studied. As a result, suitable pitch and pole arc coefficient can decrease or eliminate DC com- ponent in mutual-inductance, at the same time, increase the coupling capability.
