摘 要:无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制的首要问题是能够在每个电周期内能够检测到用于电子换相的六个关键的转子位置信号。其中反电动势检测法是目前技术最成熟、最有效且应用最广泛的转子位置检测方法。本文在基于反电动势法的原理的基础上,提出一种基于线电压差值计算的改进检测方法。该方法通过计算两相线电压的差值,得到反电动势的过零点,从而估算转子位置。分析了电机中性点电压与1/2倍直流母线电压的关系,得到了不同PWM调制下非导通相的续流情况。这种方法相较于传统的反电动势过零虚构中点检测方法结构简单、无需重构电机中点、而且有更高的灵敏度。通过理论分析和仿真结果表明,基于线电压差值的反电动势法控制简单,能够有效的检测转子位置。The primary problem of brushless DC motor control without position sensor is that six key rotor po- sition signal can be detected for electronic commutation in each electric cycle. The back-EMF method is cur- rently the most mature technology, the most effective and the most widely used method of rotor position de- tection. Based on back-EMF method principle one kind detection method based on the line voltage difference calculation was proposed. The rotor position was estimated through the calculation of two phase line voltage difference to get back-EMF zero-crossing point. The relationship between motor neutral voltage and half DC voltage was analyzed then the follow current situation of non conduction phase in different modulation was ob- tained. This method was compared with traditional back-EMF zero-crossing fictional neutral point detection method has the advantages of simple structure, no need to reconstruct motor neutral point and have higher sensitivity. Through the theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that, the back-EMF method based on line voltage difference is easy to control and can effectively identify the rotor position.
