摘  要:在使用复合式光电编码器的工业缝纫机伺服系统中,如何使电机上电后快速完成转子搜索机械位置和转子精确初始化是一个难点。对永磁同步电机矢量控制原理和复合式光电编码器信号进行了分析,提出一种简单实用的永磁同步电机转子初始定位方法,将该方法应用于高性能单片机SH7125作为控制核心实验平台上。实验结果表明,该方法能满足工业伺服缝纫机实际使用要求,实现电机可靠启动、运行。In the applications of hybrid grating encoder, how to start the motor and search the rotor mechan- ical position quickly with precise rotor incipient position locationing was a difficulty for industrial sewing ma- chine servo system. Through the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control theory and the signals of hybrid grating encoder, a simple and practical method of rotor incipient position location was proposed. The method was implemented by using the experimental hardware platform which took the high- performance microcontroller SH7125 as core. The experimental results showed that the method could meet the actual requirements of industrial servo sewing motor. machine and ensure the reliable start and operation of the
