基于生态敏感性的城市土地承载力评估

摘　　要：面对日益加快的城市化进程与城镇建设用地需求的矛盾,迫切需要在满足经济发展、城市建设、人类健康和环境保护的同时,科学、合理的对城市规划范围内土地承载力进行研究和论证,进而高效集约地开发、利用城市土地,指导城市发展。本文提出基于生态环境敏感性的城市土地承载力评估方法是城市土地承载力分析重要的研究与应用方向,并针对城市规划特点及如何运用于城市用地规模及用地选择分析进行研究与探索,提出改进及完善该方法的建议。With the increasingly intense contradictions between urbanization and the demand for urban construction, there is an urgent need to conduct scientific and rational study on the land bearing capacity within the urban planning area, while meeting the need for economic development, urban construction, human health and environmental protection, in order to be effective and intensive in city development. The paper is based on ecological sensitivity analysis method, which is quite important for land bearing capacity analysis. It made a relativity study on how to use the land use scale and location choice based on the characteristics of urban planning, and then provides suggestions on better application of the analysis method in urban planning study.
