摘 要:复杂产品由于其内部结构、技术、制造过程、项目管理的繁杂性,难以全面、有效地评估其成熟度水平。在借鉴国内外成熟度评价方法的基础上,以一类面向高可靠性能要求的复杂产品为研究对象,引入模块的概念对复杂产品的结构进行划分,提出了复杂产品成熟度评价的三个关键维度:技术成熟度、制造成熟度和应用成熟度,建立了复杂产品成熟度评价的模型及指标体系。采用TOPSIS算法与专家打分相结合对复杂产品的成熟度进行评价,为复杂产品的快速成熟提供依据。Because of the complex of internal structure, the technology, manufacturing process, the pro- ject management, it is difficult to evaluate the maturity level of complex products comprehensively and effectively. Based on the thought of maturity model from home and abroad, this paper studies on a kind of complex product which meet high reliability requirements and brings in the concept of module for the structure division of complex product. Three key dimensions are put forward to evaluate the maturity of product, these are Technology Readiness Level, Manufacturing Readiness Level and Application Readi- ness Level. This paper establishes the evaluation model and index system of complex product' s maturity, uses TOPSIS algorithm combined with expert scoring method to evaluate the maturity of the products and provides the basis for the rapid mature of complex products.
