摘　　要：通过对当前在执行征占用林地审核审批制度过程中遇到的问题进行分析,并有针对性地提出一些对策和建议,以期为征占用林地审核审批制度的完善提供参考。The current problems encountered in the implementation of audit and approval system process of reclaimed forestland were analyzed, and some countermeasures and suggestions were pointed out in order to provide a reference for audit examination and approval system perfectly for the reclaimed forestland.
