摘 要:在pH 7.0 TAE缓冲液中,金纳米、金属硫蛋白、汞离子能形成复合物,导致紫外吸收发生改变,且在5.6×10-8~2.0×10-6mol/L范围内,体系Δ(A626/A524)与汞离子的浓度有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为Δ(A626/A524)=-0.013 2+0.407 2c(×10-6mol/L),r=0.996 1,检出限为1.68×10-8 mol/L,回收率在104.3%~105.5%,该方法简单、快速、灵敏。In the tris-acetate buffer solution of pH 7.0, Hg2+ can interact with AuNPs and MTs to form a complex, resulting in the change of ultraviolet absorbance. A (A626/A524 ) was directly proportional to the concentration of Hg2+ in the range of 5.6×10^-8-2.0×10^-6mol/L. The equation of linear regression was A(A626/A524) = -0.013 2 +0.407 2c ( ×10^-6mol/L) with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.996 1. The detection limit (LOD) was 1.68 ×10^-8 mol/L, and the recovery was 104.3% - 105.5%. The proposed method was simple ,rapid and sensitive.
