摘  要:对BAF工艺深度处理某石化2级生化处理后的高盐混合污水的填料结垢情况进行了研究。试验结果表明:运行过程中BAF出现的填料结垢原因主要是高盐污水中含高浓度Ca2+和碱度。分析确定了碱度来源及适宜的处理方法,延缓了BAF填料结垢趋势。为BAF工艺处理高盐污水的正常运行提供了技术依据。The paper researched filler scaling in BAF deep treatment of the high salt wastewater which was previously treated by two - stage biochemical process in some petrochemi- cal company. Experiment results showed that main causes for the scaling phenomenon were high concentration of calcium ion and alkalinity of the high salt wastewater. Alkalinity source was an- alyzed and suitable dealing method was used to delay filler scaling trend. Technical basis was provided for the normal running of BAF treatment process for high salt wastewater.
