加工条件对PVC透明膜性能的影响

摘　　要：通过研究发现:PVC后加工中提高混料温度、延长混料时间,可以减少制品"鱼眼"数,且可调节范围较宽;提高加工温度可以减少透明膜的"鱼眼"数,但可调节范围较小。Research on post processing of PVC showed that raising blend temperature andprolonging blend time of the PVC composition could decrease fisheye numbers of the PVC transparent film, and possessed broad accommodation scope. On the other hand, raising processing temperature could also decrease fisheye numbers of the film product, but the accommodation scope was narrow.
