脂肪族水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV固化粘合剂的制备

摘　　要：以IPDI、PTMG、DMBA、HEA等为主要原料,制得HEA封端的聚氨酯丙烯酸预聚体,再加入中和剂、多官能度单体和水进行中和乳化,制备出复合水性UV固化粘合剂。通过FTIR,考察了不同羧基含量、中和度等对该粘合剂的耐水性和粘接强度的影响。Polyurethane acrylic acid prepolymer with HEA sealed end was prepared adopting IPDI,PTMG,DMBA and HEA as main crude materials. Neutralizer, polyfunctionality monomer and water were added to neutralize and emulsify, then combined and aqueous UV curing adhesive was prepared. By means of FTIR, effects of content of carboxyl and degree of neutralization on water resistance and adhesive strength of the adhesive were studied.
