高效三相分离器在天然气污水处理系统的应用

摘　　要：采用中原石油勘探局勘察设计研究院自行开发的高效三相分离器对石化总厂污水处理系统进行改造。运行结果表明:高效三相分离器的单向进料、聚结板整流技术实现了油水界面的平稳控制,外排污水的各项指标大大低于国家规定的污水排放标准;既回收了轻烃资源,又避免了污染环境,经济效益显著。Adopted highly -efficient three phase separator developed by Research Institute of Survey and Design of Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau, reformed wastewater treatment system of the petrochemical complex. Operation results showed one -way filling and assemble junction plate rectification technology of the three phase separator realized stable control on oil - water interface. Each index of effluent obviously lower than national standard, which recovered light hydrocarbon source, avoided environment pollution, and obtained significant economic profits.
